The world celebrates International Yoga Day on June 21 every year. The UN has accepted the celebration of Yoga Day. International Yoga Day is being observed in 190 countries around the world. Millions of people from one corner of the world to another showcase yoga postures. It shows that they have adopted Yoga to their day-to-day activities to keep themselves mentally physically fit. Yoga postures are much more than just body movements or fitness tricks. Yoga is just a way of life and is not a ritual to be performed. It is a habit and can be integrated into our lives to achieve liberation or Moksha. It can make a huge difference in our day-to-day lives. The benefits of yoga are enormous.
